Change oil soon (& then some)

There's something to this. My 88 Toronado didn't idle right when a
friend of mine (diesel mechanic) decided that it would like 15w40...

5w30 for the Toronado

You're right Shannen--it's a thermal issue. The other
is under computer models, the reduced oil viscosity
pumps easier and "theoretically" provides better
fuel economy--less pump HP parasitic losses.
