Knock sensor Millivolt level question.

Does anyone have a number for the millivolt level of the raw knock sensor
signal for say a 7730 ECM based knock sensor?  Any related information on
the signal strength (millivolt, microvolt, picovolt?) for other knock sensor
brands would be useful too.  If it is in "the archives"  please point me to
a relavent year!
