Flash VATS

most of the newer cars have transponders in the key. they power up with a
coil of wire around the keybarrel and send a code. most jap cars do it.
holden does a similar thing with the VT/VX
except their's works on a contact when you turn the key.
 most can be disabled in the ECU.
