Free OBD-II software driver

Hi All,

I have finally managed to get the free OBD-II SAE-J1850 VPW software driver
working.
With just two wires to connect the OBD-II connector to your serial port you can
query and display diagnostic trouble codes.

Hope this helps some DIY folks to obtain those pesky trouble codes without
paying big dollars
for a scan tool.
