mulitport fuel injection on big-block chevy

I have a big block carbeurated chevy motor, am interested in converting to
an all-electronic ignition/fuel system.

what modern day 454 gmc/chevies have multi-port fuel injection?  will i
possibly mate the top-end with my 396ss oval port heads?
