1) put an fixed bulkhead in place
2) give the pilots a door that only opens to the outside
3) install a biffy for the pilots
4) give the pilots there own lunch & drinks before leaving the ground

If trouble happens land the plane and let the SWAT teams deal with the a**
holes.
