DIY-WB bar graph display

Bruce Roe has been kind enough to design & test a 40-LED bar
graph display. This device is intended to be used with the current
DIY-WB O2 system.

I've dropped a package into incoming named:

    WB-DISP.ZIP

This contains schematics, parts list and a theory of operation. If not
found in incoming there is a good possibility that Steve has moved it
to the DIY-WB area of the web site (Thank you Steve).
