Diacom

A few quick questions about Diacom/Diacom Plus...

(1) Anybody know if it will work with a 95 B-body (caprice) LT1 
ECM?

(2) Some places on the web sell it quite a bit cheaper than diacom. 
 Anybody know if these are legit?  Anyone purchased from them?

(3) anyone have the diacom software/cable for sale?
