VSS Signal conditioner

Saturn does some strange things with their VSS signals.  The speedo signal is
3000 (or was it 5000) pulses per mile, rather than the 2k or 4k that GM usually
likes to use.  Better make sure the signal conditioner does everything you need
it to.
