[Gmecm] startup idle parameters

This is probably a newbie question but my idle at startup seems to stay high way too long.  What is the name of the parameter to change this?  Also, after the engine is up to operating temp the startup idle is a high for a little too long.  I assume this is a different parameter.  This is for a TBI setup on a Chevy 350 with a 7747 ECM.  I have a flash chip, programmer and TunerPro.
