[Gmecm] 7747 High BLM at idle

It doesn't always follow logic directly.  There may be other factors, intake 
resonance, who knows.
If you can see what cell it's running lean in, the simply add to that cell. 
I generally try to smooth the transitions to the surrounding cells too.
Just give it what it wants.
