[Gmecm] Chevrolte Cavalier anti-theft disable

I have a year 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier 2.2L engine, with ECU (LS1) number:  

DCAA
Serv No 09356249
16268310

It has a 28F400. I need to disable the anti-theft system.

Do any of you know how to do it ??
