[Gmecm] Download thru ALDL

Go ahead and roll your eyes if you want.  But I'm still new to this
whole thing....

How do you download the PCM EPROM/PRM through the ALDL cable?  Is it
the same for all PCMs?  Will the same commands for one vehicle work for
another?
