[Gmecm] TPS for diesel

The 5.7 diesel is based on the 5.7 oldsmobile gas engine. From what I read
the only real problem was with the fuel system, no water trap or drain in
the tank, poor filtration etc. Usual failure mode was trash getting into
the pump or injectors and throwing off the timing. Usually resulting in a
blown head gasket.

The block is excellent for a drag engine.
