[Gmecm] Trip computer

A few months back someone asked about transplanting a trip computer into a 730 or similar pre OBII ecm vehicle.
Linear Logic http://www.linear-logic.com/ has a nice unit for the OBII generation, and the Oztechnics Oztrip
http://oztechnics.com.au/ would be ideal if they ever produce them again.
I have a very old Zemco Compucruise but do not have the optional EFI box, just the fuel flow sensor for carbed vehicles.
Does anyone know of a suitable aftermarket trip computer or a way of adapting/calibrating an OEM trip computer ?
