[Gmecm] PE lean issues on a ?747 TBI

Per,
Quick fix for the leanout would be to increase fuel pressure slightly to 
richen the mixture.  Quickest and cheapest is to either modify the stock 
regulator or use a flat washer under the spring in the regualtor.
