You need to start over with another bin file, it sounds like yours got 
corrupted.
When you get a clean new copy and do a file compare you will find what 
happened.

problem......

Sounds like the it's running in limp mode.
Check where the memcal plugs in to make sure there are no bent /damaged 
pins.
Failing that you probably need to try another ECU to isolate the problem 
further
