[Gmecm] EGT tuning (was BIG CAM TUNING)

Have you done much dyno tuning with an EGT? Sounds
like a good idea but I've talked to a few people who
dyno tune all the time and say its sort of worthless
unless you run an EGT at each exhaust port.
