[Gmecm] EGT tuning (was BIG CAM TUNING)

This is just my opinion...CO % is still my preferred tuning method. You can
have wide band numbers that are right off the map at idle, and correct at
WOT...reason being that the actual 'indicator of combustion' is how tuning
should really be done.
On wilder camshafts, the two numbers (CO and O2) will often differ...and
knowing what CO can show you, can improve your tuning skills.
EGT's are somewhat misleading...retarded timing can yield much higher
EGT's--so in the end, torque at the wheels on the dyno is a better
indicator--use the EGT's as a comparison at the track for the fine tuning,
once dialed in on the dyno.
