[Gmecm] EPROM erasing/programming

I have a 27C512 from ST Electronics with a 45ns access time.  It takes
approximately 12 minutes to erase.

Old chips... Old technology may have taken longer to erase.
I have seen it with old "Pulls" that I have acquired over the years.
