[Gmecm] Missing cam position signal in 1228253 ECM

This is most likely not an ECM issue.  The 3800 motors are somewhat known for intermittent DTC41 issues, typically caused by a faulty ignition module.  Check the car to see which ignition system it has....either one big coil pack (Magnavox ignition) or 3 seperate wasted-spark coils (Delco style.)  If it's the Magnavox, pull the coil pack off the module and see how badly the module is melted.  If green goo is everywhere, replace the coil pack and module both.  The design has been updated and replacing both prevents the problem from recurring.  I see this issue all the time in late 80s-early 90's 3.8 FWD cars.
