[Gmecm] Closed loop

Fine... you want the story and want to know why I am bitter, here it is.
After 17 years in the computer industry, I lost a 70K/year job due to a
merger/hostile takeover.
As they laid everyone off from our company they laughed.  3 months
unemployed and nothing in the computer industry in this whole state, I fell
on the only other thing I knew... Cars.  I got a job as a mechanic... no big
deal, but if I want to make more than 17K/year, I have to get a damn piece
of paper and have someone say I am certified and really do know which way a
wrench turns... they don't care that I have been building my own engines,
rebuilding transmissions, modifying and reprogramming PCM's... no, that's
not good enough.
So yes, I am very bitter, and that is a very sore spot... sorry you had to
touch it and get the brunt of my anger...

if you know how it all works and don't want to listen to anyone that has
just studied and completed an engine management course, then why even ask
the questions?  Obviously you know all the answers yourself and are wasting
our bandwidth.
