[Gmecm] Fuel Trim

[Steve Mackie]

That's the problem, there is no apparent "fuel trim" data byte. There is a 
BLM which is apparently the ST fuel trim, but not sure what the number 
corrolates to, and there is nothing I can see that would be LT Fuel Trim.

Take a look at the ALDLstuff.zip file in the ftp uploads directory, it
should have what you're looking for.
