[Gmecm] Gagues from 90 to 2000ish

Even if you don't have the DRAC, there is a neat box
from I think Dakota Digital that is a translator, goes
from many different speed sensors to different
speedo/comp inputs like sine to square, 2k to 16k,
etc.
