[Gmecm] Reasonable configuration?

Whoa!!!!!!!   Back up!  The MPFI (with it's mass air sensor) allows a LOT 
more forgiving cam grind / head work / exhaust work (especially cam grind!) 
than a speed density TBI setup.  Granted, the TBI is simpler, but anything 
that reduces the idle/cruise vacuum constitutes a major tuning 
challenge.......wanna buy my V8'd S10????   BTDT in regard to cam/head combo 
changes...it's NOT fun!

TBI is quite dependent on the output from the MAP sensor, and lowered idle 
vacuum causes the ECM to think the engine is under load.

I'm sure there's a LOT of support for the MPFI......
