MessageThe '8051 is a flash PCM, so no removable EPROM.

I'd recommend TunerCat for editing.  You'll need the $EE definition file.  LT1edit is another software option, but IMHO Tunercat is a better choice.

You'll also need an ALDL cable, and some sort of scantool to see the results of your work.  Freescan is enough to get you started, and the price is right.  TTS Datamaster is somewhat more capable, and is my favorite for use with the '8051.
