Charcoal Canister Purge...Duty Cycle... Duuhh!... I feel stupid. It was obvious but I did not see it. Thanks adding light to my darkness.

Hi Mike: When the cannister purge starts dumping fuel vapors into the
intake it will cause the Fuel trims to drop because of the fuel added.
You can see what the cannister purge duty cycle is and what it probably does
is force the BL idle cell to stay where it is when the duty cycle exceeds
19.5%.
