[Gmecm] Cruise woes

Burntkat, Steve, you're right, the  lever arm IS the
problem.  Unfortunately, I only have about 1/8"
clearance between the throttle quadrant and the
alternator, so I'm glad to hear the restrictor
solution mentioned will work instead!
