[Gmecm] Run an '01 Cavalier 2.2 with 7730?

I'll let you know here in a couple weeks as I'm finishing up a 749/$58 
using a 2.2 module/pack on my SVO.

 From what I can tell it will work, but the spark values in the bin need 
adjusted.
