[Gmecm] Dare we revisit fuel economy ?

I've never checked to see if it really works!
The load is so light, it doesn't hurt anything.
It enables in the code for 60 sesconds then 
comes back to regular closed loop for a quick check, then
back to the commanded leaner afr  (Or what it guesses it to be).
I posted that section of the code last time.
