[Gmecm] re 1 wire to heated o2 sensor

it is pretty simple it doesn't matter wether you use 3 or 4 wire the o2 sensor input is always d7 earth is for 02 sensor d6 and then you have a 12 v feed for both 3 or 4 wire which heats the o2 sensor (and another earth for the 12 v heater or not)
