[Gmecm] SER# 1227747 ACSU promID Idle Problems

PCV valve correct ?
EGR leaking ? (IS this the correct EGR valve from GM ?)
The updated PROM ACSU to AKAJ to AMUR had several related TSB's ...and these 
updates fixed those concerns.
