[Gmecm] comments on reorganizing lists

I'm another vote for forum style, but I like to see what comes down the wire 
from this list.  I mainly lurk here, unless there's a question on Australian 
ECMs that I can answer, so I don't expect this view to count for much.  I 
used to not understand why people liked the email list format, but I can see 
that it suits some folks better (like Scott says below).

It's much easier to find stuff on a forum (both threads and reference 
material), but this list has history and I wouldn't like it to evaporate.

My two bob's worth each way :-)
