[Gmecm] Digest only please

In those three attempts, was the line at the bottom which says "Gmecm
list run by steve.ravet at arm.com" visible?  The one with the
clickable email address which will send email to the person that runs
the list?  Seems like maybe the guy that runs the list might be the
one to contact for problems with the list, rather than all of the
members who don't run the list... :)
