Hi Mike
The PCM uses the transmission input and output speed sensors for 
calculating/adjusting the TAPs NOT the ABS wheel speed sensors.Your WSS/TPM 
issues are very likely unrelated to your transmission conditions. I would 
start with performing a proper line pressure test using a scan tool and 
gage. If you need the specs, feel free to email me
