[Gmecm] sharing MAP

There was a brief server outage but everything should be back to normal
now.  My reply about the shared MAP was eaten.

The service manual says to run MAP from it's own line to it's own port.
So do it that way if you can.  If you have to share it then I would
think the advance would be the best possible thing to share with.  It
won't have any sudden or large changes the way an accessory vacuum line
would.
