[Gmecm] Soliciting Advice

For my ecm, Diacom offers these modes:

ALDL
Diagnostic
System Backup

Normal is not an option. In diagnostic mode, the idle speed is normal, 
but I can't tell if all other settings are normal. Anybody know the 
answer to that?
