[Gmecm] 7747 real-time tuning

I'll give this a shot and see what happens. If it works, I'm confused about
how it ever worked with the emulator, since I've never had the checksum
disabled, and I was tuning in real time (and seeing BLM's) for a while.

To start, set byte $04 to "AA" instead of "42". This will set a 'checksum
ignore result'.
I'd think code 51 and no BLM updates would be hand in hand...pretty much
anything in the code would be ignored with code
51 set.
