[Gmecm] Injectors Not Firing...

Does your PROM have VATS enabled? That's what messed me up when I
converted to TBI. I had exactly the same symptoms: everything was fine
except no fuel was being injected. The VATS-enabled ECM was simply
trying to keep me from stealing my own car.
