[Gmecm] OT: Buick 3800 oiling problems

Oil pressure is high. He said 60-75psi. The odd thing is that the car came
in with this problem and, after a complete rebuild, the new engine is
developing a ticking lifter problem. Surely bearing failure is imminent.

I'd say it's not a restriction...possibly a missing plug from the end of a 
gallery...what's the oil pressure like ?
