[Gmecm] Anybody got a $4D VIN"Z" BIN available?

I need to get a stock base 4.3L V6 TBI calibration for some work on a  TBI 
conversion for a friend.
The 1988-1990 VIN "Z" Camaro/Firebird V6 looks to be the best start from  
displacement.
 
This is a $4D code SW found in 1228063 "C3" ECMs.
 
Can anyone supply or point me to where I can find a BCC number for aCal Bin  
for these ECMs?  Or even supply me with a BIN?
