[Gmecm] 7747 stumbling acceleration when cold

I assume that doesn't matter if I have no EGR?  I don't, and I disabled it
in my bin (I hope) by setting the "min temp for EGR enable" to 300+
degrees.  Let me know if that sounds wrong.
