[Gmecm] Caprice Prom/ECM help

Sorry yes,its an 8746 ecm.
The engine is a 305,should be L05 code?
I have a prom from a 94ish 305 or 350 prom/7747 ecm.
Chip burner not quite working,who's a good source to just buy the programmed prom and install?
I'll try and get my burner working,not looking good though.
