[Gmecm] Caprice Prom/ECM help

Yeah,empty lol.
I've only been into a few of those,but was sure that particular part was important.
The sticker across the access panel (with big red instructions) hadnt even been taken off,and no access panel other than hole under sticker.

The car was given to him from a friend,and had no issues other than high idle,flickerin light and eeprom code.
I wondered why backup fuel/spark mode on my scantool made no difference lol.
If anybody has an eprom for an 89 caprice 305 auto I need one.
I'll have to get rpo listing for gearing if needed though.
Be glad to pay a little to get it,keep me from searching the uncooperative/overpriced yards here.
Checked on new burner,want the moates $329 deal but gotta save some cash for it.
