No, but I have an idea.
Since the vapor canister is only for collecting vapor from fuel in the tank,
maybe the tank is getting pressurized and pushing fuel out the vent line.
It's an easy check, just take the fuel cap off the tank.

Hi all, have any of you run across the problem of 94 GEO Storms pumping fuel

up though the vapor canister after ten minute warm up? (Approx. 2 drops per 
second end up on the ground).
