Yep that would be a non-E series.
I was going to try that ECM on my Ciera XC today, but had to get tires put on the car and that took all day.

my '93 Century (with 3300) had the 4T60, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't an "E".
It had both vacuum modulator and throttle cable to the trans.

looks like it is indeed a 7730 variant.... possibly missing a quad driver or has something added, used on the 89-93 3.3 cars.
