<DIV>UPS put a forklift fork through the front of one of my $10K NOx analyzers & when we filed the claim they paid it & we kept the instrument. the real shame is that i had to throw it into the garbage, when i knew that i could fix it for about $200 (in parts). all we did was take some digital pictures & send them to their claims dept. we do ship about 5000 boxes with them every year though, mostly internationally.</DIV>
