<BR>tests the evap purge solenoid, vent solenoid and general integrity of the
<BR>evap system with this device. It has no effect on the evap operation other
<BR>than possibly turning off the purge solenoid/vent solenoid if the tank
<BR>pressure becomes too low, because of a system failure.
