<BR> You must remeber that a "Melt Down" at any nuclear power plant is much worse then any Nuclear weapon. Plants continuosly leak, bombs explode all at once. Power Plants are a must, bombs are not. So when a "Must have" Plant leaks its a big thing, becasue it was somewhat unavoidable, "Nuk'n" someone to save hassle is a big thing!!
