If I was one of those "silly" people, I wouldn't be here looking for information
would I.
I know of the problems with the sensors and I deal with them. It's when you
don't
have a clue as to whats going on that you get into trouble. Mark, you haven't a
clue, you don't know the first thing about me. I'm no engineer but I'm no
silly dummy either.
Thanks for the tip, I'll try to find Gene the VW man.

Thanks also to the rest of you that responded. I'm following up all leads.

While I will probably buy a meter, I still think one could be built by
someone capable of designing a digital fuel injection system. I just don't
have the digital experience to do it myself.
